Client Services Coordinator – Strategic Planning and Implementation: Credo seeks a well-organized, high energy professional who will serve in a consultant support role as Client Services Coordinator. This full-time position will report to the Vice President for Strategy and work out of our Whitsett, North Carolina office.

Working closely with our consulting team on client projects, the Client Services Coordinator will be involved in various aspects of project delivery. The Client Services Coordinator will serve the primary area of Strategic Planning and Implementation, which encompasses strategic planning and leadership retreat facilitation. As a secondary responsibility, this position will also serve on other projects at Credo as needed.

The successful candidate will be: responsible for managing logistics, preparation, project deliverables, and follow up tracking for client projects. An additional area of responsibility will be the management and development of clients’ strategic planning software and ongoing data updates to that software. A bachelor’s degree and more than two years of relevant experience in higher education or a professional services firm is strongly preferred.

This job will fit best with an individual who enjoys project management, planning, and multi-tasking. The best candidates will enjoy meeting new people, will be interested in learning, be energized by moving “good to great,” and find satisfaction is setting up people and projects for success, serving as a liaison with senior leadership in higher education.

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability to perform this job successfully:
☞ Proven success in project or event management
☞ Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
☞ Ability to quickly understand and learn new software programs
☞ Familiarity with SalesForce preferred
☞ Excellent organizational and multitasking skills as well as impeccable attention to detail
☞ Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
☞ Willingness to travel on a regular basis to regional and national clients
☞ Strong work ethic
☞ Ability to successfully manage situations under pressure, new environments and people, and work under quick deadlines
☞ Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
☞ Willingness to respond quickly and professionally to client and team needs
☞ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
